A wrapped box – 83″ H x 43″ W x 62″ D
As installed in the hallway of Claremont Graduate University, CA.
On one side the work represents a wrapped gift. On the other side, it represents a homeless person space.
It depicts a societal juxtaposition between the “haves” and the “have-nots”. Blocking the hallway caused the passers-by to experience a similar “street level” encounter.
