When traveling in 2020 I rented rooms around Dallas and Fort Worth, TX, in many small towns that are within Tarrant County.

The towns of N. Richland Hills, Grapevine, and Hurst seemed to have busy restaurants (though not everywhere) and quite a hectic outdoor. In October 2020 people were preparing themselves for Halloween, children were playing happily, sports groups were training in the city Parks, and businesses were open to the public.

A back yard in a N. Richland Hills’ house; the sign shows us that one of the children is a 2020 graduate

An interesting Oriental Gift Shop that is also being used as a post office. No shoppers were around.
